Ash - Get Ready

Ash's 2002 album Get Ready marked a significant departure from their earlier work, which had been heavily influenced by punk and grunge. The Northern Irish trio embraced a more polished, pop-oriented sound on this release, with catchy hooks and sing-along choruses aplenty.

The album opens with the upbeat, guitar-driven "Meltdown," which sets the tone for what's to come. The title track, "Get Ready," is a standout, with its infectious chorus and driving rhythm. "Orpheus" is another highlight, with its dreamy, atmospheric sound and haunting lyrics.
