Absolutely Brilliant. Every track on this EP is a gem. Time has done nothing to dull these performances. Sounds as good today as it did 35 years ago.

In the early 80's in Lima Peru finally we had a truly rock radio station where I heard Genesis Yes The Bongos Zebra Dave Mason Rush New Musik Jean Luc Ponty Supertramp etc for the first time. Thank you Doble 9 !!! And still rockin'!!

I recall purchasing the Number With Wings EP for the title track, but this song was just as strong. The Bongos have made several of the best power pop songs ever.

One of my favorite songs from the era. Perfect. And a really good song to play along with on acoustic guitar. On par with with Ziggy Stardust and Yo La Tengo's Stockholm Syndrome for guitar friendliness.

This was another hit or miss video seen on MTV since it received only light rotation. I have done a lot of research on light rotation entries from the Billboard archives and this was one of them.

One of the '83 best songs... And right, in Perú was a mayor hit but it only sound at Super FM and sometimes at Doble 9 not at popular pop radio stations... Nice reminds of No Helden disco come to my head

I'm amazed I am the first one to comment on this fantastic 1983 hit. I am from Peru and the Bongos were quite sucessful in a radio station here with this hit. There were times of The Romantics, the Hoodoo Gurus, the Polecats... great years!

I love this song and I've been streamlining it a lot lately. Usually it's while I'm driving. I'm watching the video and there's a story. I wish there was an interview with these guys about this very video. The Music is Very Beautiful. The Video Creative

First and only time I think I ever heard this, was on KPOP, in Roseville, California. KPOP was New Wave. They were awesome. Became 93 Rock.

Brings back memories of my 1980's teenage years, in California, when I lived in the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains. At 3500 ft elevation, I got a reasonably clear signal from 91X out of San Diego, and would twirl around my room whenever this was played.

HAH! I say, HAH!
I thought that the lyrics were, "I got a number when it rains"!
Not only that, but I also thought that, "Barbarella" might have been a Siouxsie song.
