Capsule's album, Flash Back, is a captivating journey through the electronic music landscape. The duo, consisting of Yasutaka Nakata and Toshiko Koshijima, have created a unique and dynamic sound that blends elements of pop, techno, and house music. The album is filled with infectious beats, catchy hooks, and pulsating rhythms that will keep listeners moving from start to finish.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "I Just Wanna XXX You," which features a driving bassline and an infectious chorus that will have listeners singing along. Another standout track is "Dreamin' Boy," which showcases Koshijima's ethereal vocals over a dreamy electronic melody.

About Capsule

Capsule, stylised as "capsule" on earlier releases and as "CAPSULE" from 2013, is a Japanese duo formed by Yasutaka Nakata (co-producer, art director, responsible for all lyrics and music) and Toshiko Koshijima (vocals). They debuted in 2001, when their their first single was released by Yamaha Music. In 2003, Yasutaka created his own label Contemode, and has produced other artists on the label. Though their debut album fit into the adult contemporary genre, their 2nd album pushed capsule into the Shibuya-kei sound, marked by samples/emulation of the 60s mod sound. Their 7th album marked a noticable shift towards electropop, with a gradual shift to electro house by the time of their 10th album, 2008's . After the name capitalization change, CAPSULE released two albums, one of electronica (2013's ) and one of big room EDM (2015's ), both sizable shifts in the group's sound. A series of singles released in 2021, CAPSULE's first work after a hiatus of six years, point towards a new synthwave-inspired electropop sound.
