About Gengahr
Gengahr are a four-piece indie group originally from London.
The band was formed at Stoke Newington School in Hackney in 2013.
Though originally named RES, they were forced to rename after discovering an artist already called RES on iTunes. Their new name is a play on Gengar, one of the original Pokémon.

So basically I was going through my discover weekly playlist on spotify and I find you guys, Gengahr, and I listen to a couple songs and I love them, new favourite band. I accidentally click on Icarus and the short repeating clip of this video starts playing. Nothing special. But then, I quickly recognise the road where the video is shot due to the mountain in the background, it's Lion's Head, the mountain I've lived next to for the last 15 and a half years. It's gonna be hard for another band to top this xD
