About Gerry Limpic & Mark Rayburn
Gerry Limpic and Mark Rayburn were a part of the Southern California "Jesus Movement" in the early 70s, They met when Gerry and his brother Ted were in a San Diego group called , who released a self-titled Lp in 1972. When The Random Sample fell apart, they hooked up with fellow Jesus Music follower Dave Pollard, a San Diego area recording engineer and bassist, for a self-released Christian Lp of fok-rock issued in 1976. The Lp quickly got picked up by Waco, Texas' for national distribution on the imprint. They recorded one other Lp, "Caught In The Crossfire
