Goons' latest album, Volume 4 My Knees Have Fallen Off, is a refreshing take on indie rock. The band's signature sound is still present, but they have managed to evolve and experiment with new elements. The album boasts a range of emotions, from upbeat and catchy tracks like "Funky Monkey" and "Slide Into My DMs" to more mellow and introspective songs like "Lost In Thought" and "Heartstrings".
The lyrics on this album are raw and honest, and the band's ability to tell a story through their music is impressive. The lead singer's voice is hauntingly beautiful, and the harmonies throughout the album are spot-on.
One of the standout tracks on the album is "Broken Dreams", which features a haunting piano melody and a powerful chorus. The song is a perfect representation of the band's ability to blend different genres and create something truly unique.
