Review by Matt Galligan

Egyptská Jazzová Suita by Gustav Brom, Jazzový Orchestr Gustava Broma is an album that showcases the fusion of traditional Egyptian music with jazz. The album is a perfect blend of both genres, with the music taking the listener on a journey through the ancient land of Egypt.

The album features a wide range of instruments, including the saxophone, trumpet, and various percussion instruments. The use of these instruments creates a rich and diverse sound that captures the essence of both jazz and Egyptian music.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Pochod Faraonů" which begins with a haunting melody played on the saxophone, before transitioning into a more upbeat rhythm. The track is a perfect example of the fusion of jazz and Egyptian music, with the saxophone and percussion instruments working together seamlessly.

Another standout track on the album is "Oáza," which features a more traditional Egyptian sound. The use of the oud, a traditional stringed instrument, creates a beautiful and authentic sound that transports the listener to the heart of Egypt.
