Heat's self-titled album, Heat Demo, is a collection of four tracks that showcase the Toronto-based band's unique blend of post-punk and garage rock. The album's opening track, "Old Sparky," immediately sets the tone with its driving rhythm and distorted guitar riffs. Lead singer Susil Sharma's vocals add a raw energy to the track that carries through to the rest of the album.

"Rooms" slows the tempo down with its dreamy guitar and haunting lyrics, while "Labyrinth" picks up the pace with its catchy chorus and infectious melody. The album's closer, "Wild Eyes," is a standout track with its pulsing bass line and atmospheric synths.
