Incapacitants' Ad Nauseam is a blistering, uncompromising album that's not for the faint of heart. The Japanese noise duo, made up of Toshiji Mikawa and Fumio Kosakai, have been pushing the boundaries of noise music for over 30 years, and this album is no exception.
From the opening track, "Ad Nauseam," the listener is assaulted with a wall of harsh noise that never lets up. The tracks are unrelenting, with layers upon layers of distorted sounds and feedback. It's a challenging listen, but for those who are fans of noise music, it's a rewarding one.
One of the standout tracks is "Penguen," which features a rhythmic, almost danceable beat underneath the layers of noise. It's a refreshing change of pace from the rest of the album, which is mostly a chaotic assault on the senses.

Notes
- The same raw materials were used on tapes 1 and 2.
- Packaged in a roll-up denim sleeve (kept shut with a standard metal snap) with three pockets, each containing one cassette and a corresponding insert; it also includes two generic inserts. Cassette labels have to be cut out to play.
- The denim sleeve was made by Damion Romero's mom.
- The catalog number does not appear on release. Some copies comes without title printed on the sleeve.
