Notes
This promo-only single was released in the US in 1979 as part of the media kit (aka press kit) for the movie "Norma Rae." Warnes was under contract to Arista at the time of the film's release, and Arista declined 20th Century Records' request to release the song commercially. There was no soundtrack album from the film, perhaps for the same reason. Arista finally licensed and issued the track in 1982 as part of Warnes' contract-fulfilling "Best of" LP. There is a label variation on this promo, and a second, shorter version of the song used over the end credits of the film. Both versions of the song are available on Varese Sarabande's 2009 "Norma Rae" soundtrack release.Barcodes
