A short song well sung.Although partly deaf it did not seem to affect his singing.Had an excellent brief career in the 1950's when the top of his game & then rick n roll hit the air waves &;Ray almost faded into obscurity. Most of his fans remained loyal & he was ablw to continue his career for many years at smaller venues around the world. His songs still still sound fresh in the 21st century.

I was fortunate enough to see him at the Palladium when he opened in circa 1953 and he was an absolute sensation and broke every box office record. Only Danny Kaye got close to his box office pull.
