Komputer - Valentina

Komputer's album Valentina is a brilliant work of electronic music that showcases the duo's talent for crafting intricate and catchy synth-pop tracks. From the opening notes of "Looking Down on London," the listener is drawn into a world of pulsing rhythms and shimmering melodies that never let up throughout the album's 11 tracks.
One of the standout moments on Valentina is the title track, which features a hypnotic vocal performance from guest singer Valentina Veil. Her voice blends perfectly with Komputer's lush arrangements, creating a dreamy atmosphere that is both otherworldly and deeply emotional.
Elsewhere on the album, tracks like "Still Smiling" and "Negative Land" showcase Komputer's ability to craft dancefloor-friendly anthems that are both infectious and thought-provoking. The duo's use of vintage synthesizers and drum machines adds a retro-futuristic feel to the proceedings, while their meticulous attention to detail ensures that every sound and texture is perfectly placed.

About Komputer
Collaborating since 1982, Leonard and Baker were originally signed to Mute Records in 1984 under the name and continued in 1990 with releases under the moniker until the release of Komputer's debut album, "The World of Tomorrow" in 1998, influenced by 'Kraftwerk & The Kinks'. Since 2015 the duo went on an hiatus.

потрясающе. какой ещё нафик крафтверк? слышат звон - не знают хде он. чуть аналоговые синты заслышали - сразу "крафтверк!". думается, тут велико влияние синтипопа и колдвейва 80-ых, ну и космоса, само собой:)
