Notes
- This project assembles musicians from many different countries and continents who have chosen Cologne as their home. One underlying reason for this decision may be found in Cologne's rich musical culture open-mindedness. Having played with all these marvelous musicians over the years, in countless bands and projects, and in various contexts, from sessions to musical, I feel especially happy and honored that they have now given so much of their ideas and energy to the recording of my music on this CD. The result here is a diverse vocal / instrumental mix: Persian charts and spiritual hymns, Jamaican roots-reggae- and salsa-reminiscences, rap, a pinch of flamenco-latin, european tradition and American sound with a Westafrican touch, surrounded by a hint of ambient-trance-chillout-moods.
