Review by Bria Rushton

Larry Marshall & The Eboneers have released their latest album, Rejected Girl, and it's a soulful journey through heartbreak and self-discovery.

The album opens with the title track, "Rejected Girl," a haunting ballad that sets the tone for the rest of the album. Marshall's smooth vocals are complemented by the Eboneers' sultry harmonies, creating a sound that's both emotional and powerful.

Throughout the album, Marshall explores themes of love and loss, with tracks like "Broken Hearted," "Lonely Nights," and "Goodbye My Love" showcasing his ability to convey raw emotion through his music. The Eboneers' instrumentation is equally impressive, with their soulful horns and groovy basslines providing the perfect backdrop for Marshall's vocals.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "I'm So Glad," a funk-infused tune that's sure to get listeners grooving. The Eboneers' brass section shines on this track, adding a touch of New Orleans-style jazz to the mix.
