About Los Ahijados
Cuco Valoy was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on 5 January 1937. He is a Dominican salsa, son montuno and merengue singer and songwriter. He began performing Cuban son with his brother , under the name .He is the father of with whom he formed the band , later changed to La Tribu, then La Nueva Tribu.
