Lucky 7 was an American pop punk band from San Diego, California, formed in 1997. They self-released their first record, Miss Fortune the year after. They were know for their high download rate on MP3.com. They signed on during the Warped Tour Down-under, under wich they released their self titled album in 2002. The group disbanded in 2003.

I remember wandering around the Warped Tour in '03 or '04 in Orlando & stumbled across these guys playing one of the small stages, me and my friend were literally the only ones watching them. Met them after and bought the EP or maybe the single, can't remember, with this song on, still got it in my CD collection from back in the day. Good memories.

The main melody and the lead guitar during the chorus was stolen from a couple other punk songs from the time. Cant put my finger on it but im positive ive heard both before. The guitar part was from a sum 41 song i think
