Just call them ambient dump tracks, this is not a soundtrack.
The Original Fallout 3 was a *Van Buren Project* with 98% of the finished of the game code.
I am still waiting for Wasteland 2.0 or Wasteland 3 but with bigger map and similar story and gamplay with at least 50 types of vehicles as in Van Buren Project & +1 from Fallout 2, but with a entire USA Map & with Modern Realistic Original Isometric with cooperation with FPS Graphics .
