Review by John Fox

Japan Tour 1989 by Neil Young and The Lost Dogs is a must-have for any fan of the legendary musician. The album features live recordings of Young and his band during their tour of Japan in 1989, showcasing their incredible talent and energy on stage.

The album opens with the bluesy "Ten Men Workin'," which sets the tone for the rest of the record. Young's signature guitar riffs and soulful vocals are on full display throughout the album, and The Lost Dogs provide a solid backing with their tight rhythms and harmonies.

Highlights of the album include "Powderfinger," which features an extended guitar solo by Young, and a cover of Bob Dylan's "Knockin' on Heaven's Door," which showcases the band's versatility.
