I loved this line up. Travelled all over Scotland to see them. Adored those guys and gal so much. So much energy and exciting. As you can hear, see and feel from this video here. Wonderful times then. Would go back in a heartbeat to this line up and relive it all again if I could. Miss that time Great memories. .

50 years of The Bay City Rollers next year. A lot of different styles and sounds thru the decades. Never boring for anyone who was keeping up with them . That was for sure. With the different versions and singers. They were a versatile band. And I did love all the different sounds coming from them thru the years/decades. This version was sure an exciting sound. The buzz is electric. Totally. .

Seems like a lot of people didn't like Kass. I don't know any of the music for this time. Obviously different sound than old bcr. But that's ok too!! She was in the group and with Eric for quite a while. Not sure what happened. It's probably not public knowledge but they seemed to be happy together. But of course she would sing at some point being in the band. What's the big deal?

I like this song with Kass. However, it is not the sound of The Rollers. Eric should have created a band specific to her sound. She would have done well in her label. Woody played his guitar well. Thanks for sharing!

there arose a lot of good songs with Kass in the Band like this or Retro Jive but I agree with SQDLVR - I was not happy about Kass. Let’s put it this way I am an Ericgirl - call it jealousy.... ??

I totally loved the band when Kass was with them. I liked all their sounds. With all the different singers. Male and female. The Rollers music was good, whoever sang with them. This is a new sound, and yes I loved those days. Just as I liked the days with Nobby, Les and Duncan. Different sounds is what made The Rollers great. In all eras of their career for me. There was more to this group that is why I kept with them..
