Review by Hugh Carling

Purulent Jacuzzi's latest album, Untitled 2017, is a thrilling and chaotic ride through the depths of extreme metal. The band's signature blend of death and black metal is on full display throughout the album, with blistering riffs, thunderous drumming, and guttural vocals that will leave listeners breathless.

From the opening track, "Serpent's Tongue," to the closing moments of "Into the Abyss," Purulent Jacuzzi never lets up, delivering one punishing track after another. The band's musicianship is impressive, with intricate guitar work and complex rhythms that keep the listener engaged and energized.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Blood Bath," which features a haunting intro that quickly gives way to a barrage of blast beats and frenzied guitar work. The song is a perfect example of Purulent Jacuzzi's ability to create a sense of atmosphere and tension within their music.

While the album is undeniably heavy and intense, there are also moments of melody and beauty to be found. "Catacombs of the Damned" features a haunting acoustic guitar intro that gives way to a soaring, atmospheric chorus.
