About Ray Agee
American blues singer/songwriter and guitarist born April 10, 1930 in Dixons Mills, Marengo Country Alabama. One of seventeen children in a deeply religious family. At the age of four Ray was stricken by polio, which resulted in a permanent handicap. He died 1990.

What's on the other side, "I Want You" or "Po-Lee the Polar Bear? According to Goldmine Price Guide of Christmas records two versions are supposed to exist with two different tracks on the B-side. I haven't been able to verify the existence of a version with Po-Lee the Polar Bear or even the song. Goldmine gives the same label number, Celeste 616, to both versions. "Po-Lee The Polar Bear" is such an odd and specific title, it's hard to imagine someone invented it by mistake, but there's no trace of it anywhere. I wondered if the B-side was by another artist, but the song hasn't been recorded by any other artists, as far as I'm aware, Maybe an unreleased recording? I have no idea which source Goldmine uses for the information either, but this site lists Po-Lee as the B-side too: http://www.soulfulkindamusic.net/celeste.htm
