Trance by Sleep Chamber is a dark and intense album that takes the listener on a journey through the depths of the subconscious mind. The album features a variety of electronic and industrial sounds, combined with spoken word and eerie vocals, creating a hypnotic and unsettling atmosphere.
The opening track, "Narcotic," sets the tone for the rest of the album with its pulsing beats and haunting vocals. "Exquisite Angst" and "Dream Distortion" continue this theme, with distorted sounds and whispered lyrics.
One of the standout tracks on the album is "Transcendental Sleep," which features a mesmerizing melody and ethereal vocals. Another highlight is "The Witches' Rune," which blends elements of ritualistic chanting with industrial beats.

American industrial band formed in 1981 by high school friends John Zewizz, Eugene Difrancisco, and Phil Brosseau. over the years the Sleep Chamber lineup has changed many times with Zewizz being the sole permanent member. The band is known for using S&M, bondage and magic imagery on their artwork, during their performances, and within their lyrics.
