Review by Patti Spaulding

Le Sud by Stasan is an album that takes the listener on a journey through the sounds and rhythms of the Mediterranean. The album features a range of instruments, including guitar, percussion, and accordion, all of which are expertly played by Stasan.

The opening track, "Le Sud," sets the tone for the rest of the album with its upbeat tempo and catchy melody. From there, the listener is taken on a musical tour of the region, with tracks like "La Danse des Oliviers" and "Les Rues de Marrakech" showcasing the diverse musical traditions of the Mediterranean.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Lamento," a hauntingly beautiful ballad that showcases Stasan's emotive vocals and skillful guitar playing. Another highlight is "Fiesta," a lively instrumental that will have listeners tapping their feet and dancing along.
