- The yoga of sound healing meets the dance of Shiva. Let yourself follow the flow of the sound current, allowing any movement arise within your body and lose yourself in the present moment.
- Recorded in 432hz tuning. Taken from a live yoga workshop we did at OM 2012 and redone. The actual session goes for about an hour, this is a small condensed remixed part from that.
