- This is a promotional CDr that contains recordings of a radio show that was broadcast on the Westwood One Radio Network on the weekend of May 19/20, 2001.
- The CD is housed in a plain white sleeve and is accompanied with a cue sheet designed for radio announcers.
- Segment 3 contains live tracks from Soundgarden. The other songs that are featured are studio tracks. As this is a radio show, there is also radio announcer / DJ banter, and commercials in between the tracks.
