Samba E Pagode 7 is a compilation album featuring various artists from Brazil. As the seventh installment in the series, it is a continuation of the popular Samba E Pagode collection.
The album showcases a variety of styles within the samba and pagode genres, including upbeat and lively tracks as well as more mellow and introspective songs. The instrumentation is predominantly acoustic, with the use of traditional Brazilian instruments such as the cavaquinho, pandeiro, and surdo.
One standout track is "O Sol Nascerá," performed by Clara Nunes. Her soulful vocals and the intricate guitar accompaniment make for a beautiful and emotional performance. Another highlight is "Coisa de Pele," by Zeca Pagodinho, which features a catchy chorus and lively percussion.
