About Women In Tragedy

Prolific Toronto-based project which began in 2005 and found its roots in long-form drone compositions, but which quickly evolved to explore other experimental areas, in turns embracing electronic dance music, shoegaze, and particularly hardcore metal, without sacrificing the project's singularly epic structural approach. In 2010 the exclusively solo project grew into a full four-piece post-metal band, and cut the studio album Medusa, released in 2012.
