Beheaded's latest album, Souldead, is a brutal and unrelenting assault on the senses. The Maltese death metal band has clearly honed their craft over the years, and this album is a testament to their expertise.

From the opening track, "The Charlatan's Enunciation," the listener is immediately hit with a barrage of blast beats, guttural vocals, and frenzied guitar riffs. The production is crisp and clear, allowing every instrument to be heard with clarity.

The album's standout track, "The Horror Breathes," showcases the band's ability to seamlessly shift between breakneck speed and crushing heaviness. The song's chorus is particularly memorable, with vocalist Frank Calleja's guttural screams perfectly complementing the guitar work of David Cachia and Omar Grech.
