Review by whurray web world

Maggots Maskar, the latest album by Swedish artist Carl Michael Von Hausswolff, is a haunting and atmospheric experience that pushes the boundaries of experimental music. The album is a collection of soundscapes and ambient textures that transport the listener to a dark and eerie world.

From the opening track "Maggots" to the closing "Maskar," the album is a journey through a sonic landscape that is both unsettling and mesmerizing. Hausswolff's use of field recordings, drones, and electronic manipulation creates a sense of unease that permeates throughout the album.

One standout track is "Klipporna," which features a repetitive, hypnotic beat that builds and intensifies over the course of the song. The track serves as a highlight of the album, showcasing Hausswolff's ability to create a sense of tension and release through his use of sound.
