About El Son Entero

The group El Son Entero was formed in 1993. Its repertoire is composed of over 80 artistic works based on Latin rhythms such as sones, boleros, quajiras, guarachas, combias... Returning to the grass roots of Cuban music, it performs on stringed instruments and African percussion instruments. They have taken part in many festivals of popular music, including the Camagüey Festival and the Ignacio Pineiro Festival, in both of which they won first prize.
