Gamma Goochies' latest album, Return to Planet Beer, is a high-energy, punk-infused ride through the cosmos. The band's signature sound of driving guitars and pounding drums is on full display, with a healthy dose of sci-fi inspired lyrics to match.
From the opening track "Intergalactic Party" to the closing anthem "Planet Beer Anthem," the album never lets up. The hooks are catchy and the choruses are anthemic, making it impossible not to sing along.
The standout track on the album is "Alien Invasion," a blistering rocker that showcases the band's musicianship and songwriting abilities. The guitar solo is particularly impressive, and the chorus will have listeners pumping their fists in the air.
