Illegal Ones Ockultist Clarence Boddicker - MMXVII

Started in 2010 as Clarence Boddicker by vocalist Mikhail "The Slow" Nikitin (ex-Cruel Suffering) and bassist Dmitry "Bur" Vedernikov (Roswell Surgery, ex-Kharms, Fake Movement, Venomous Rig, 1st.Contact). They join(t)ed their forces with guitarist Oleg Gusev and drummer Evgeny Labych. At that time they played sludge/doom with strong stoner influences. In 2013 drummer leaves the band and Anton Lepilkin (Inopexia, ex-Penis Amputator, Bitch Meat, ex-Ил) takes his place. Sharing the scene with Saturnalia Temple was the last gig of Clarence Boddicker: in 2014, according to lineup changes (vocalist and guitarist left the band) band rebooting as Illegal Ones, tended to more heavy stuff. Bur takes vocals and bass. Soon guitarist Denis "Memphis" Petrov (Dekonstruktor, ex-Moon Mistress, ex-Evil Cosmonaut, Игорь) join them. First album "Fresh Blood" was released in 2015, being recorded, mixed, mastered and designed completely DIY. Later this year band goes on self-destructive russian tour with Thy Grave, shares scene with Meth Drinker and Monarch (Fr.) Next year band releases second album "Под мусорским крылом" ("Under cop's wing") which also was made completely DIY, and after this Memphis leaves the band. Two more guitaists "flash in the window" for a couple of months, and then Sergei "The Brick" Kirpichenkov joins the illegal blacksmith and also Mikhail Nikitin returns on vocals. With this lineup the band happily shares scene with Noothgrush, records "Consumer Party" for the split with Ockultist (Sw.) in 2017, and, in 2018, records the material for the third LP "Конфискат" (russian word for any confiscated stuff) during the gig in Moscow venue, which unfortunately was the last for that lineup. Cause of tension among members band splits up for almost two years. And finally in 2020 Bur and The Slow rejoins and gather new line up with Mikhail "Mike 27" Borisov on drums and Maxim "Psycho" Anokhin (ex-Thy Grave, Игорь) on guitar. In the end of the year Illegal Ones began recording their new material, during this time Maxim leaves the band, and Evgeny 'Woodpecker" Dyatel takes his place on guitar. While work on recording got a little bit slower, Bur took old multichannel recording from gig venue to make an album and thus save the material that didn't happen to be recorded in the studio. So, the "Конфискат" was born and began to disturb people in the neighbourhood. Amen!
