Former gospel singer with The Chosen Gospel Singers () and The Spirit Of Memphis Quartet (); moved to Peacock's subsidiary to record R & B, scoring his biggest hit in 1964 with 's "Funny (How Time Slips Away)".

I've been searching for this song for the longest. Thankful I found it. First time I heard this song was in 1965.....Still love it to this day with great memories.

I love this song, it was the early sixties, I was probably about 14, i can see that 45 playing on that Hi Fi right now. My oldest sister who was divorced and had returned home used to play it over and over. thank you so much for sharing. RIP Lorene
