Johnny Horton - 20 Early Memories

Review by Carlene Roberts

Johnny Horton's album, "20 Early Memories", is a nostalgic and heartwarming collection of classic country tunes that will transport listeners back in time. The album features some of Horton's most well-known hits, such as "The Battle of New Orleans" and "North to Alaska", as well as lesser-known tracks that showcase his unique vocal style and storytelling abilities.

Listeners will appreciate the carefully curated tracklist, which balances upbeat, foot-tapping tunes with slower ballads that showcase Horton's emotional range. The production quality is also excellent, with crisp instrumentation and Horton's distinctive voice front and center.
