The American Way by Sacred Reich is a classic thrash metal album that has stood the test of time. Released in 1990, it is a politically charged album that deals with issues such as war, censorship, and the American Dream. The album's opening track, "Love...Hate," sets the tone with its aggressive guitar riffs and politically charged lyrics.

The album's title track, "The American Way," is a standout track that criticizes American imperialism and the country's obsession with materialism. "Crimes Against Humanity" is another standout track that deals with the horrors of war and the impact it has on innocent civilians.

Musically, the album is a tour de force of thrash metal. Guitarists Wiley Arnett and Jason Rainey deliver blistering riffs and solos, while drummer Greg Hall keeps the tempo fast and furious. Vocalist Phil Rind's raw, aggressive vocals perfectly complement the band's hard-hitting sound.

About Sacred Reich

Sacred Reich is a Phoenix, Arizona based thrash metal band that formed in 1985. Singer/songwriter s interest was in socially-conscious and political speed metal. After several records on , they signed to for a short stint, but later returned to Metal Blade to continue their musical career. The band split in 2000, however they reformed again in 2006. Former drummer Dave McClain went on to join in 1995. Lead guitarist went on to form The Human Condition with vocalist Prophet in July of 2000. In the summer of 2006, brought his recording equipment to his accountant's house in Arizona and produced the demo for the band A Tragic Comedy. In 2007, the band reunited to play several shows in Europe, including Wacken Open Air. In 2009, the band again went to Europe in the Summer to tour some clubs and festivals. Their live performance at Wacken Open Air 2009 is available on CD and DVD.
