VGT's sophomore album, simply titled "2," is a triumph of electronic music. The duo, consisting of producer Vince Clarke and singer Alison Moyet, have crafted a collection of songs that are both catchy and experimental.

The album's lead single, "Love Resurrection," is a perfect example of this. Its pulsing synth beats and Moyet's soulful vocals make for an infectious dance track, while the song's intricate production and subtle use of samples showcase VGT's creativity.

Other standout tracks on "2" include "All Cried Out," a haunting ballad with a powerful chorus, and "Situation," a classic synthpop track that still sounds fresh today. VGT also takes some risks on the album, such as the experimental "Invisible," which features spoken word verses over a sparse electronic backing.
