Review by Jeff LOUD

The album William B Company by Woody Herman and Tony Bennett is a stunning masterpiece of jazz and vocal performances. The album showcases the brilliant musical talents of both artists, with Woody Herman leading the band and Tony Bennett delivering some of his best vocal performances to date.

From the opening track, "The Good Life," to the closing number, "I Got Rhythm," the album is a thrilling rollercoaster ride of jazz and swing. The band's tight arrangements and the flawless execution of each song make it clear that these are seasoned professionals at work.

Tony Bennett's voice is in top form throughout the album, with his smooth and soulful delivery perfectly complementing the band's dynamic playing. His renditions of classics like "Blue and Sentimental" and "Fly Me to the Moon" are simply breathtaking.

Woody Herman's leadership of the band is also noteworthy, as he keeps the music moving at a brisk pace and never allows the energy to flag. His saxophone solos are particularly impressive, adding a layer of complexity to the already rich musical tapestry.
