Wormcult - Rage Quit

Review by Jane Wilson

Wormcult's latest release, "Rage Quit," is a fiery and intense album that is sure to leave listeners feeling energized and empowered. Featuring a mix of heavy metal and punk influences, the album is a raw and unapologetic exploration of the darker side of human emotion.

From the opening track, "Bury Me," the album sets a fast and furious pace that rarely lets up. The guitars are heavy and distorted, the drums are thunderous, and the vocals are raw and aggressive. Songs like "Scream" and "Waste of Life" showcase the band's ability to blend melody with aggression, creating a sound that is both catchy and brutal.

Throughout the album, Wormcult tackles themes of anger, frustration, and disillusionment, urging listeners to take control of their lives and fight for what they believe in. The lyrics are often dark and confrontational, but they are delivered with a sense of conviction that is hard to ignore.

Notes

This is the first official single release from the up and coming Wormcult album, Dead on Dead Porn. A dark angry electronic Industrial rock song with a gritty old school feel to it. This version of Rage Quit has been mastered differently just for this release.
