Vidoll was a visual kei band formed by ex-Eze:quL bassist in early 2002.
The first lineup was signed to the independent label and had on vocals, and on guitar and on drums.
In March 2003 Vidoll switched to (as Matina had closed down in December 2002) and had their first national tour. On August 30 2003 left the band due to unspecified personal reasons and was replaced by the following week.
After several successful tour and releases, it was announced that both and would leave Vidoll after two memorial concerts on June 25th and June 26th 2005 at OSAKA MUSE. Replacement was found in and the following month.
In February 2007 Vidoll signed a deal with Sword Records and in late March had their fist overseas gig at the J-Rock Revolution festival in Los Angeles.
Due to the success of the works released with Sword Records, Vidoll went major in early 2009 with .
However, some time after the major debut started having health problems due to a blood clot and Vidoll eventually went on hiatus since September 18th 2010 so that he could have surgery and rehabilitation.
In late January 2011 it was announced that Vidoll's plans to come back were cancelled and that they would disband after a farewell gig on May 7th.
