Review by Mark Hamilton

Engraved Disillusion's latest album, Desolate, is a hauntingly beautiful masterpiece that showcases the band's incredible musicianship and talent. From the opening track to the final notes, the album takes listeners on a journey through a dark and brooding soundscape that is both mesmerizing and unsettling.

The band's use of atmospheric textures and intricate guitar work creates a sense of depth and complexity that draws the listener in and keeps them engaged throughout the entire album. The vocals are equally impressive, with a range that goes from hauntingly beautiful to guttural and intense.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Embers of Existence," which features a driving rhythm and soaring guitar solos that are sure to get heads banging. Another highlight is "Lost," which showcases the band's ability to create an atmosphere of melancholy and despair that is both beautiful and heart-wrenching.
