Om is an album by the Belgian progressive metal band Fabulae Dramatis, released in 2020. It is a concept album that explores the idea of the universe and human existence from a philosophical perspective.
The album features a mix of heavy metal, classical music, and world music, with lyrics in English, Spanish, and Sanskrit. The songs are complex and multi-layered, with intricate guitar riffs, atmospheric keyboards, and powerful vocals.
The album opens with "Sati", a haunting instrumental track that sets the tone for the rest of the album. The next track, "Satyagraha", is a powerful and intense song that combines heavy metal with Indian classical music.
Other standout tracks include "Samadhi", a slow and atmospheric song that features a beautiful piano melody, and "Satori", a fast-paced and energetic track that showcases the band's technical skills.
