I wonder why he decided to call Wilshire Boulevard "Wilshire Avenue," but then, nothing else about this seems to make any sense either. Unless he's talking about the art museum, I don't know of any "Plastic Castles" in the area. As you've probably guessed, I grew up in the Miracle Mile district.
