By ‘70, there was positively no stopping them. This recording is a perfect opportunity to recognize the power of John Bonham. My guess is (and from what I see in the Bath footage from a couple months down the road) there were only a couple of drum mics in ‘70. Plus by the Iceland warm up gig the Green Sparkle kit would be in rotation. The maple kit wasn’t used that long. About a year.
