Mary Lou Boggus has come out with a new album that is sure to captivate listeners. "That Was A Short Forever" is an excellent collection of songs that showcases Boggus' talents as a songwriter and performer.
From the opening track "The End of the Line" to the closing number "Goodbye for Now," Boggus takes listeners on a journey through love, loss, and the bittersweet moments in between. Her lyrics are thoughtful and introspective, and her melodies are both catchy and moving.
One standout track is "Broken Glass," a haunting ballad that showcases Boggus' powerful vocals and her ability to convey deep emotions through her music. "The One That Got Away" is another standout, with its upbeat tempo and catchy chorus.
