About The Norman Luboff Choir
The Norman Luboff Choir is recognized worldwide as one of the leading choral groups of the 1950s, 60s and 70s. The choral group toured yearly from 1963 to 1987, and recorded more than seventy-five albums.
The first incarnation of the Norman Luboff Choir was formed during the mid-1950s.
Luboff and his choir also won the 1961 Grammy Award for Best Performance by a Chorus.

When I heard the intro to this tune, it sounded so much like listening to Mahalia Jackson. Because the piano palying style sound so much like the piano accompanyment works of Mildred Falls, the woman who used to play the piano for Mahalia Jackson. But Mr. Luboff really pulled of a nice work of art on this one!
