The Playmates' latest album, Barefoot Girl, is a refreshing and upbeat collection of songs that will transport listeners to a carefree summer day. From the opening track, "Barefoot Girl," the trio's harmonies are tight and infectious. The song's catchy chorus will have you tapping your toes and singing along in no time.
The album's lead single, "Sunshine and Whiskey," is a perfect anthem for lazy days spent lounging by the pool. The Playmates' vocals are smooth and effortless, and the song's guitar riffs provide just the right amount of twang. "Kiss Me in the Rain" is another standout track, with its dreamy melody and romantic lyrics.
