Review by Maximilian Forte

Red Garrett's album Long Gone Tell Me Again is a masterful fusion of country, blues, and rock that showcases the singer-songwriter's versatile and emotive voice. The album's 10 tracks are a mix of original songs and covers, all of which are delivered with a raw and authentic energy that is both impressive and captivating.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Long Gone," a bluesy number that features Garrett's soulful vocals and impressive guitar skills. The song's lyrics are poignant and reflective, and Garrett's delivery is filled with sincerity and emotion. Another highlight is the cover of Bob Dylan's "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right," which showcases Garrett's ability to reinterpret classic songs in his own unique style.

Throughout the album, Garrett's voice is front and center, and he proves himself to be a gifted storyteller as well as a talented musician. The production is clean and polished, but it never feels overproduced or slick, allowing the songs to shine through in all their gritty glory.
